Office of Foreign Labor Certification Completes H-2B Randomization

The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) received 5,677 applications from Janyary 2 through January 4.  Of these 5,677 applications, employers requested 99,362 positions well above the alloted amont of 33,000 available visas for this half of the fiscal year.  

OFLC will notify employers and their authorized agents or attorneys of their H-2B assignment groups. Lists of the applications assigned to each group also will be published on OFLC’s website beginning January 8.
